Policy Council Orientation - ESC 14 Head Start/Early Head Start
Policy Council Meeting - Policy Council is a committee of parents whose child is enrolled in the Head Start & Early Head Start program from each site. Each member is voted in during Parent Orientation by other parents in the program. Policy Council is responsible for activities specified at section 642(c)(2)(D) of the Act. Policy Committee must approve and submit to the delegate agency its decisions in each of the following areas referenced at section 642(c)(2)(D)(i) through (vii) of the Act.
Parents of children currently enrolled in each program option must be proportionately represented on the policy council and on the policy committee at the delegate level.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on October 8, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
