Prior Written Notice and Legally Defensible Documentation
Prior Written Notice (PWN) is a foundational requirement of the IDEA. It serves the purpose of confirming for parents the commitments your school district has made that are reflected in the IEP. Poorly drafted PWN and related documentation can leave districts vulnerable to due process hearings and compliance audits, while also eroding trust with parents. This 3-hour in-person workshop equips ARD committee members with the skills to write legally defensible PWN documents and draft clear, high-quality meeting deliberations that stand up to legal scrutiny.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
