Lunch & Learn: Beneath the Surface- How Unseen Wounds Drive Substance Use
Join us for a one-hour Lunch & Learn exploring the hidden experiences that can influence substance use. Beneath the Surface examines how trauma, grief, stress, adverse experiences, and other unseen wounds may shape coping behaviors and increase vulnerability to substance misuse. Participants will gain insight into the connection between emotional pain and substance use while learning how compassion, awareness, and trauma-informed approaches can support healing and recovery.
