Join us for a one-hour Lunch & Learn exploring the fascinating evolution of opioids—from their origins as a natural substance derived from the poppy plant to today’s powerful prescription and illicit forms. This engaging training will examine key milestones in opioid development, how these drugs affect the brain and body, and the factors that have shaped the modern opioid landscape. Participants will gain a better understanding of opioid use, risks, and the ongoing challenges surrounding opioid misuse and addiction.
