Transition Network 2026-27
The 2026-2027 Transition Network provides a community of communication and collaboration to the districts in Region 14, to support educators working in the field of special education transition through providing information, resources, training opportunities and supports in Transition Services. All meetings will be held virtually.
Virtual Transition Network meetings will be held four times a year.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on September 23, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
