Bluebonnet K-5 RLA Initial Product Training
This Initial Product Training provides K-5 RLA teachers and administrators with the essential "navigation map" for the Bluebonnet curriculum. Participants will move beyond the Teacher’s Edition to internalize the core components of the program—from explicit foundational skills to knowledge-based comprehension. We will dive into Unit and Lesson Internalization practices using the See It, Name it, Do it model. We'll practice the high-leverage routines that define a Bluebonnet classroom: facilitating text-based discussions and using embedded linguistic scaffolds to ensure every student reaches grade-level complexity. By the end of this session, teams will move from "learning the product" to "planning for impact," leaving with a concrete vision that works for every learner.
