Counselor Crisis Preparedness Training
What are the most important things for School Counselors to know in the event of a crisis or death of a student/staff member? In this half-day workshop, members of the ESC 14 Care Team will walk counselors through an overview of key resources and skills to help prepare participants to navigate crisis response. We hope that no one ever has to respond to a student or staff death, but with just a bit of time, counselors can prepare significantly to rally around staff and students when faced with the unimaginable.
