Administrator Crisis Preparedness Training
What are the most important things for school leaders to know in the event of a crisis or death of a student/staff member? In this half-day workshop, members of the ESC 14 Care Team will walk Superintendents and Principals through an overview of key processes, steps, and resources to prepare participants to steer their community through crisis response. We hope that no one ever has to respond to a student or staff death, but with just a bit of time, leaders can prepare significantly to rally around their staff and students when faced with the unimaginable.
