TIA Annual Submission Work Session
The Annual Program Submission is a requirement for all fully approved and provisionally approved districts
that have issued designations in the current fiscal year under their local designation system. It provides the
opportunity for data-driven continuous improvement of the local designation system while also ensuring
compliance with statute and administrative code.
Districts needing assistance completing the Excel-based form should attend this work session.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on August 14, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
