T-PESS Evaluator Training
This workshop provides an essential deep dive into the Texas Principal Evaluation and Support System (T-PESS), the state’s standard for effective school leadership. You will explore how to use the T-PESS rubric not just as a compliance tool, but as a roadmap for continuous professional growth and instructional improvement. By aligning your leadership practices with these state standards, you will learn to drive campus success through goal-setting, self-assessment, and evidence-based feedback. This session is critical for ensuring you are prepared to meet—and exceed—the expectations of a Texas school administrator. Required for superintendent alternative certification program.
