Guiding Learners Along the Proficiency Continuum AM Workshop (9:00am to 12:00pm Central):
During this interactive workshop, participants will deepen their knowledge about proficiency levels,
calibrate scoring using proficiency-based rubrics, and encourage student self-assessment and goal
setting for growth in proficiency.
Strengthening Students' Reading Skills Through Literacy Strategies PM Workshop (1:00 to 4:00 pm Central):
During this interactive workshop, participants will acquire strategies for building students' reading
skills in their lessons aligned to proficiency targets. Participants will also gain ideas for pre-, during,
and post-reading tasks.
