LIFT: Highly Effective PLCs
This workshop helps campus leaders build the systems and structures needed to run high-impact Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Administrators will learn how to establish clear routines for lesson internalization, practice, and looking at student work. Participants will learn to set up the schedules and protocols that keep teams focused on data rather than to-do lists. By the end of this session, your leadership team will have a clear blueprint to ensure every PLC meeting is a productive step toward better teaching and higher student achievement.
