Math in Motion: Bringing Concepts to Life with Manipulatives (3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade)

In this session, teachers will explore how to effectively use manipulatives to build deep conceptual understanding and boost student engagement. Examples include: Exploring ratios with fraction tiles, mastering integer operations with two-color counters, and visualizing algebra with algebra tiles, and many more! You’ll leave with practical strategies, ready-to-use ideas, and the confidence to make math tangible for every learner.
