LIFT: Observation & Feedback Best Practices
How do we bridge the gap between observation and impact? This workshop equips school leaders to move beyond "checking boxes" to mastering the art of giving high-leverage action steps that really work. Participants will calibrate their "lens," ensuring that every leader on campus knows exactly what rigorous Tier 1 instruction looks like. Through the See It, Name It, Do It feedback cycle, leaders will practice facilitating conversations that lead to immediate teacher action, turning every classroom lesson into a strategic move toward 100% student mastery.
