Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL)
Advancing Educational Leadership (AEL) is a 3-day training required for T-TESS appraisers in the state of Texas.
This AEL training is for three audiences: 1 - Those pursuing principal certification in the the state of Texas who are becoming certified in the TTESS appraiser process. For this audience, AEL is a co-requisite of the TTESS appraiser training. 2 - Those pursuing certification to become an AEL trainer. This 3-day training is a pre-requisite for the AEL Trainer of Trainer session. 3 - Current administrators who desire a refresher course on the concepts and skills of school leadership.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on June 17, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
