VIRTUAL SESSION: G.R.I.T. - From Chaos to Connection
Are you ready to stop merely managing behaviors and start transforming your classroom dynamic? Shift from reactive discipline to proactive connection in this interactive 2-hour workshop. We’re moving beyond the "what" of challenging behavior and diving deep into the "why"—the brain science.

Using the powerful GRIT framework (Guide, Reframe, Intervene, Transform), you will learn to decode behavior as communication and respond with trauma-informed strategies that de-escalate dysregulation. This isn't just theory; come ready to practice concrete co-regulation tools that build psychological safety and trust. Leave equipped with a connection toolkit to turn your toughest moments into opportunities for resilience and growth.
