Beyond the Talking Piece: It’s NOT Just Circles!
Think Restorative Practices are just about sitting in a circle and sharing feelings? Think again. Restorative Practice is a high-impact lens that reclaims your instructional minutes and slashes office referrals—without adding "one more thing" to your plate.

Over two high-energy days, we’re busting the myths and giving you the tools to transform your classroom culture. From the Applied Educational Neuroscience of "The Soil" to the "Connection Vibes" of Tier 1 practices, you’ll leave with a practical toolkit you can use tomorrow morning.

*Reclaim Your Time: Learn how a restorative lens prevents behavior issues before they start.
*Science-Backed Strategies: Understand the "Brain as a House" to keep students regulated and learning.
*Practical & Tactical: From Respect Agreements to Affective Statements, get the tools that work for K-12.

Stop running in circles and start building connections that stick!
