IMRA showcase 2026
Join us for our HQIM Vendor Fair, featuring publishers and instructional materials available for adoption. Explore high-quality instructional materials, connect directly with vendors, and get a first-hand look at resources designed to support your district’s adoption process.
The day will begin in the Conference Center with a light breakfast and a provided schedule to guide your experience. Vendor booths will be set up in the Taylor Room for casual browsing, and each publisher will offer scheduled sessions throughout the day in additional locations.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on February 18, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
