New Teacher Academy 2026
Come join education specialists from Region 14 Education Service Center as we help you plan for a spectacular start to the school year as you navigate the tricky waters of early teaching. Our goal is to provide support through professional development in areas of: classroom management, T-TESS, first days, Inclusion/Special Education, core content, and MORE!
REQUIRED: Attendees are required to attend ALL 3 days of the academy. Each day builds on the foundation of the day before.
ACADEMY DATES:
July 21: First Days of School: Management and Systems
July 22: First Days of School: Understanding TEKS & Lesson Development
July 23: Behavior, Inclusion, & UDL
For ANY teacher with 0-5 years teaching experience OR just new to the content/information.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on July 16, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
