Beyond Time and Money: Teaching Mathematics to Students with Significant Cognitive Disabilities
Mathematics is more than an academic subject; it is a vital tool for daily independence. While math can be challenging for many, students with significant cognitive disabilities face unique barriers that require specialized approaches. This workshop explores evidence-based strategies for teaching functional math and demonstrates how to seamlessly embed instruction within the general education environment.

Participants will engage in interactive, hands-on activities to implement in their classroom.
