ASCENDER: Learning to Master Grade Averaging and Class Ranking Training Videos
In this training, participants will learn how to calculate Grade Averaging and Class Rank in ASCENDER Grade Reporting, correct prior years’ grade averaging using the Historic Grade Averaging Utility, enter grades for transfer students, and verify class rank for accuracy. This is a pre-recorded session that can be viewed at your convenience. It is intended for staff at high school and junior high campuses who are responsible for grade averaging and class rank calculations. Secretaries, counselors, and principals are encouraged to participate. Completion of this training is a prerequisite for the Grade Averaging Workday.
