TASB Presents HR for Campus Leaders
Effective principals are strong HR managers who need a strong understanding of HR concepts to successfully recruit, hire, manage, engage, and develop school staff. This workshop will help principals understand HR operations, employment law, leave administration, district policies, and best practices in human capital management. The training is appropriate for campus administrators or HR leaders who are developing local training.
