Transition PLC
Come collaborate with other Transition Specialists in our region! We will do a deep dive into Pathways The Texas Transition & Employment Guide to a Successful Life After High School for Students with Disabilities an essential resource designed to help students with disabilities plan effectively for adult life. This half-day, hands-on Professional Learning Community (PLC) session is dedicated to equipping Special Education Teachers, Transition Specialists, and Evaluation staff with the practical knowledge needed to translate the Guide's resources directly into enforceable, high-quality Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Attendees will engage in a deep exploration of the guide's most critical components, moving beyond basic awareness to focusing on direct, actionable implementation strategies.
