Transition 101
In this focused, half-day session, participants will engage in activities to achieve mastery in three critical areas of transition planning: Transition Assessments, Writing Appropriate Measurable Postsecondary Goals, and Coordinated Set of Activities.

Registering with purchase orders

An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
