TIA - Responding to Mid-Year Data Work Time
Districts can use mid-year evidence to strengthen their Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) implementation.
Participants will explore practical ways to recalibrate goals, tighten scoring alignment, and adjust professional development so mid-year insights actually influence end-of-year outcomes. Work to identify early gaps in observation reliability, ensure growth measures stay on track, and determine which teachers may need targeted support to maintain or improve designation eligibility.
