Day 1 of 30-Hour Foundational GT Training: Nature & Needs of Gifted Learners
Participants will learn about the cognitive, social, and emotional characteristics of gifted students. This workshop is aligned to the Texas State Board for Educator Certification (SBEC) teaching standards for Gifted Education and the combined standards set forth by the Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) and the National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC). This workshop meets the Texas State Plan requirements for 30-Hour Initial Training.
Special instructions
This workshop does NOT count as a 6-hour GT update. This workshop is face-to-face.
