2026 Grant Compliance & Administration (GCA) Institute
This session is open to ESCs only.
The 2026 Department of Grant Compliance and Administration (GCA) ESC Institute has been scheduled for March 24-26, 2026, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Round Rock, located at 270 Bass Pro Drive in Round Rock, TX 78665. The cost to attend is $295 per person.
Please note that ESC program staff for the following programs as per the ESC ESSA Basic Services grant will be required to attend the GCA Institute: Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C; Title II, Part A; and Title IV, Part A.
Additionally, the Title I, Part A ESC ESSA Basic Services grant requirements will also include at least one ESC staff member from theESC business office/business services that provides guidance to LEAs related to federal programs finance/business office operations, or its equivalent, is required to attend the Department of Grant Compliance and Administration (GCA) Institute in addition to the ESC staff responsible for the implementation of program activities.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on March 19, 2026.
No refunds will be given after this date.
