Family Service Worker Training-Head Start
This session will focus on strengthening collaboration between Family Service Workers and families to support ongoing child assessment and development. Participants will explore strategies aligned with the Head Start Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework to effectively gather, share, and use child information.

Through discussion and practical examples, participants will learn ways to engage families as active partners in their child’s learning process—enhancing communication, promoting shared understanding, and improving outcomes for children and families in Head Start and Early Head Start.
