LASO 4 - Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) Program Overview
This session provides district and campus leaders with an in-depth overview of the Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas (LIFT) grant, designed to strengthen instructional leadership capacity and improve student outcomes across Texas schools. With the LASO 4 grant cycle opening October 1, 2025, participants will gain clarity on eligibility, funding priorities, allowable activities, and critical application components to position their district or campus for success.
Leaders will leave this session with: A clear understanding of the purpose and goals of the LIFT grant; insights into the LASO 4 application process, timeline, and required documentation; & a clear understanding of program expectations for district leaders, campus leaders, and teachers over the 3-year program grant cycle. This interactive overview is intended for superintendents, principals, and instructional leadership teams seeking to leverage the LIFT grant to drive sustainable improvement.
