Join us for another great day of learning with Brittaney McKay of In Between the Lattes!
In this session, she will explore annotation best practices for both paper and online, going deeper with independent reading, going deeper with word study, and incorporating writing & grammar in daily instruction; determining the “RLA essentials” and prioritizing high frequency TEKS:
- Incorporating the RLA essentials into individual lessons (What does a "tight" lesson look like?)
- Incorporating the RLA essentials into units (novel studies, lit. circles, genre units, etc.)
- Incorporating the RLA essentials into assessments + data-driven planning
