Homeless Liaison Quarterly Meeting/Foster Care Consortium
This is the third mandatory quarterly meeting for the 2024-25 school year for all McKinney-Vento (homeless) liaisons. This meeting offers liaisons a chance to network, share best practices for serving McKinney-Vento students, and receive technical assistance. Participants will also get important updates on the TEHCY (Texas Education for Homeless Children and Youth) program and resources to enhance the McKinney-Vento program's capacity.
Please note: This meeting will take place offsite at Cisco College in Abilene. The MV Quarterly meeting will be held in conjunction with the foster care consortium, allowing SPOCs to present and provide a campus tour to showcase how Cisco College supports both McKinney-Vento and foster care students.
Special instructions
Please feel free to invite others that help you support your McKinney-Vento students. Everyone will need to register in PITStop. Because this meeting is off-site, we will not offer a Zoom option. Lunch will be provided.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on February 27, 2025.
No refunds will be given after this date.
