Participants will develop a 4-step action plan to implement at their School Food Authority or organization to conduct self-checks of current or future formal contracts for consultants, vended meal services, and food service management companies. Participants will learn about the documentation requirements needed to provide during a Procurement
Review when procuring a food service contractor or vendor, as well as top-findings.
