Experienced LPAC Members LPAC/Title III Updates
The Language Proficiency Assessment Committee (LPAC) provides clarification of legal requirements pertaining to state and federal law 19 TAC Chapter 89 subsection BB of the Commissioner's Rules Concerning State Plan for Educating Emergent Bilingual students. This (TOT) training is designed for experienced staff who have been previously trained on LPAC procedures. New information as well as a review of basic procedures will be covered. The purpose of this session is to equip district/school personnel with updates and to build capacity in order to meet the needs of Emergent Bilingual students and families.
