Join us as we take a dive into the facets of transition services for our students in special education. We will review transition assessments, coordinated set of activities, and Post Secondary goals. There will also be an opportunity for additional mentoring and/or coaching in the covered areas, so feel free to bring your devices to access your students' transition plans.
