School Nutrition Food Production Records (FPR)/Lunch/Keynote Speaker
This class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic to advanced Food Production Record (FPR) skills, including how to fill out a FPR, how to use meal documentation to support the FPR, and how to use the FPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization and to demonstrate compliance.
Special instructions
Lunch is provided on Tuesday only. Keynote Speaker, REX OGLE, is an award-winning author and the writer of nearly a hundred children’s books, comics, graphic novels, and memoirs—most notably Free Lunch, which won the ALA/YALSA award for Excellence in Non-Fiction.
