Let's Open Up a Can of Worms! Sexuality and Students with Disabilities
Come and join us as we cover sexuality topics of development, knowledge and behaviors related to individuals with ASD and other disabilities. Be equipped to open that can and talk with your student or child about sexuality. Evidence based strategies such as visual supports, social narratives, and positive reinforcement will be explored to encourage safe, healthy and age appropriate relationships. We will explore sexual development, knowledge, and behaviors as related to individuals with disabilities and evidence based practices to address sexuality education.

Any handouts will be provided electronically. Must attend entire session to receive credit.
