History in Our Backyard at The Grace Museum
This workshop will focus on history found in our own backyard, and features local historial, Jay Moore. The workshop begins at The Grace Museum with check-in and overview. We then board a bus and visit various historic locations around Abilene with narration by Jay Moore. Following lunch on your own, we will meet at the Curtis House Cultural Center, for a tour of this wonderful facility that tells the history of our African American community in Abilene.  Wrap-up will be back at The Grace Museum.

There is a $30 fee PAYABLE TO THE GRACE MUSEUM DIRECTLY. Please contact the Grace for all questions and to complete payment.

Training will be held at the Grace Museum of Abilene.
