It's Coming! New STAAR Assessment Types for RLA & Social Studies, K-12. PM Session
Do you have questions about the new STAAR item types? House Bill 3906 limits multiple-choice items to no more than 75% of STAAR exams. These new items will be field tested in
ALL subjects this school year and will be counted using required electronic testing beginning 2022-23. NOW is the perfect time to begin preparing students by incorporating these new item types in your instruction. Learn easy ways to implement new types of assessment items in your Reading Language Arts and Social Studies classrooms, K-12! Join us this afternoon as we explore synchronously and then continue learning asynchronously for an additional 1.5 hours. There is a previous morning session today from 10:30-12:00. These sessions are all repeats of our October 1st sessions. Each session is scheduled at a different time to accommodate as many schedules as possible.
