New ELAR TEKS 6-8 Online Classroom
Join us for a great discussion of the NEW ELAR TEKS. The K-8 TEKS will be implemented in 2019-2020. The 9-12 will be implemented in 2020-2021. When you sign up, you will sent be a link to the Google Classroom. You will be asked to look at the New TEKS for your grade level and compare them to your current TEKS. You will post a document showing your understanding. You will be asked to comment on two other colleagues' posts. Finally, you will be asked to complete a Google Form sharing what you think educators should prioritize when selecting textbook materials. Great way to earn PD credit anywhere your summer plans take you! See you in the classroom!
