Basics of Transition Planning
Texas law requires that transition services be addressed in the IEP of a student with a disability at least by the student's 14th birthday. The focus of this training will be on the critical components of transition planning and how the provision of appropriate transition services impact graduation/dropout rates and increase the likelihood of the student being prepared for life after high school.
