ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification
The National Restaurant Association's Certified Food Protection Manager Program focusing on basic food safety, personal hygiene, cross-contamination and allergans, time and temperature, and cleaning and sanitizing. Upon successful completion of the ServSafe exam, participants will receive certification from the National Restaurant Association.
Special instructions
Certification test administered to on-site participants only. Participants must attend face-to-face sessions on both days at ESC 14 in order to test.

Registering with purchase orders
If registering with a purchase order, you must first submit your purchase order to Region 14 at: pitstopadmin@esc14.net.
A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours), and you will be able to complete your registration.
An invoice will be issued after the session is completed.
Cancellation deadline
You may cancel this registration anytime before the end of business on January 12, 2022.
No refunds will be given after this date.
