Fundamentals of USDA Foods/USDA Foods Processing Lab
This session will provide participants with the basic knowledge and skills needed to participate in USDA's Food Distribution Program for schools. In addition, a lab will be offered to provide technical assistance to CEs in committing pounds for USDA Foods SY 2023.
Special instructions
CEs should bring TXUNPS login and password, Processor Link login and password and Labatt invoices for SY 22.
